Account Development Manager – Digital

Job Description
Liquidus is looking for a self-starter who possesses a strong client services background and knowledge of the digital media ecosystem to serve as Account Manager, providing client leadership for digital advertising campaigns.  This person is responsible for managing key account relationships, providing campaign strategy and support, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.   The Account Manager is versed in display and Paid Search advertising, is a process expert, and can lead clients through advertising results and analysis. Daily tasks will include product and process training, client and internal project management, and strategic campaign guidance.  Exposure to Programmatic Media services a plus.

• Manage multiple accounts; build and maintain strong and responsive working relationships with clients as well as vendors, partners, internal teams, etc…
• Develop a deep understanding of Liquidus products and possess a general understanding of digital marketing
• Lead effective presentations of Liquidus products and processes
• Partner with internal teams to identify ways to continually optimize campaigns to drive client retention and customer satisfaction
• Facilitate opportunities for deeper collaboration and additional revenue with clients
• Occasional travel as needed

Desired Skills & Experience
• 3+ years client-facing experience in account management and/or interactive digital marketing
• Basic understanding of Programmatic Media a plus
• Familiarity with Paid Search a plus
• Familiarity with Display (Rich Media) and third-party ad serving
• Digital marketing experience in automotive industry a plus

Account Manager – Media Solutions

Job Summary:

Technical and digital account manager, primarily responsible for overall client satisfaction, leading media distribution campaign implementation, digital campaign management and execution, and identifying client upsell opportunities. This role partners with Sales, Media, PMO and other internal departments to ensure quality execution against client objectives & revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Possess deep and broad understanding of products and services, as well as clients’ business needs; operate as internal and external subject matter expert
2. Provide consultative client support and anticipating/resolving non-operational client issues and assisting with revenue goals
3. Lead post-sale campaign implementation
4. Launch advertiser’s first distribution campaign with assistance from the Operations AM
5. Consult with clients, their agencies and partners to develop content strategy recommendations that best leverage Cofactor and Liquidus products and digital media solutions and deliver on client goals.
6. Serve as post-sales liaison and day-to-day contact for all external partners fielding all campaign requests, management and reporting
7. Manage IO and campaign launch process by obtaining information pertinent to process, launch and billing.
8. Assist internal project owners and media team providing clarification on requirements and operating as client proxy in reviewing/approving completed project work
9. Ensure measurement mechanisms are correctly implemented & analyze performance, providing optimization recommendations as appropriate
10. Coordinate with technical and operational representatives to exceed client needs and reduce risk, while managing client expectations to achievable objectives
11. Works with seller to understand/create advertiser’s marketing challenges
12. With SD, develops and presents a content strategy utilizing a Cofactor API capability, which solves the advertiser’s challenge
13. Ideates and drives media-focused API innovations with internal stakeholders
14. Identifies media test strategies and works with marketing to gather proof points to further affirm Cofactor’s spot in the media marketplace
15. Fosters integration between media and site experiences
16. Supports internal teams in media discussions, provides new trends, examples
17. Performs content audits (with Ops Campaign Manager) as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-3 years’ sales or account management experience
• Online advertising/marketing and/or ad serving industry experience a big plus

Product Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Liquidus and Cofactor have recently joined forces to become a truly unique provider of media and ad tech services to the nation’s largest advertisers and their agencies. We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help build a go-to-market approach and execute strategic marketing plans and tactics for our combined product portfolio. This individual will report directly to the VP, Marketing.
The Product Marketing Manager will be an expert on our customer value proposition, how it informs our internal stakeholders, and ultimately how it solves customer problems. The role is truly cross-functional in nature, and must be able to interface effectively and establish quick credibility with the following:

  • Product Managers; to help inform the development of products & solutions that address the needs of our customers
  • Sales & Marketing teams; to help position products for success in the market and articulate differentiated value propositions per segment
  • All market-facing teams; to plan the market launch of new products, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure business and revenue objectives are met


Market & Customer Intelligence

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the market, including industry trends, market dynamics, key influencers, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
