Liquidus Launches Text-to-Speech (TTS)
Functionality for Video On Demand Real Estate

CHICAGO, IL—September, 2007

Voiceover has arrived! TTS Phase I functionality was successfully launched by the Seattle market and is ready for rollout by the Boston, Miami and Pittsburgh markets. The TTS voiceover solution offers accurate, consistent, cost-effective and real-time turn-around VOD narration.

To manage voiceovers, a "Voiceover Options" page will be made available on Real Estate self-provisioning websites for markets who choose to make voiceover available. The voiceover page features four convenient script options executed with a male voice. This single voice option is currently enabled for version 1.0 of the voiceover engine.

The voiceover functionality has been implemented into the live site. Currently, Seattle is live with voiceover and is the first market to use this functionality. Boston, Miami and Pittsburgh will implement voiceover in the next 30 days. Upon implementation, markets will have a sixty (60) day free trial run for self-provisioning advertisers using the site to ensure they're completely satisfied with the product and process before moving to a "paid" model.

It takes two weeks to implement the voiceover option for any market following the initial implementation request. This ramp up time allows Liquidus to go through a complete list of quality assurance steps to make sure the voice engine pronounces and executes every listing correctly. Only after the pronunciations are adjusted can they can be implemented into the live site.
