Grapes! Why you ask? Because grapes make wine…duh! Getting engaged, moving to a new city, starting a new job, making new friends and planning a wedding all within the last year really know how to stress a girl out. Wine knows how to solve that.
2016 has been wild! However, I’m thankful for my successes, my challenges, being healthy, always finding the positive in every situation, my family and friends, and most importantly the Cubs. Cheers!
I’ve learned the importance of being patient with things. We live in a world where we need instant gratification. Patience plays a key role in all aspects of our life; to be without patience means to be more stressed about anything that comes our way.
This year, I’m thankful for all the people in Chicago that have made this city feel like home to me.
Friends and family and good health. 🙂
I’m thankful this year for overcoming obstacles when I had doubts, whether it was beating the final boss in a video game or creating an amazing Terminator pumpkin with the team this year. I’m also thankful to be working at Liquidus and to work alongside with some very smart and funny folks 🙂 Additionally, cliché as it may sound, I’m very thankful for having amazing friends, a loving family and for being healthy!
This year, I am thankful for life, and all the little ups and downs that make it worth living.
This year, I am thankful for new VR technology to hit the market for the first time in almost 2 decades.
Chicago Cubs Baseball, which has helped me get through the first half of Chicago Bears Football. And of course, I’m forever thankful for good Friends & Family.
I am thankful for being back in Chicago – no city compares to the Chi (I was living in Dallas for the past 3 years)
1.) Braces – even though I still had a gap when they were taken off! 2.) Horoscopes – I’ll get to read 2 per day since NASA has added another zodiac sign (game changer) 3.) Lastly, I am thankful for the daily text messages I receive from my parents! What better way of saying “you are my favorite child”! 😉 I would not be the woman I am today without their undying support and guidance! Love you Mom and Dad!
I’m thankful for our intelligent, supportive, and progressive community of colleagues at Liquidus!
The Cubs winning the World Series!
My new city and having a Fall season over Thanksgiving! (Just moved from Phoenix)
