Get to Know Digital Advertising Expert Liz deCoen

Liz deCoen is a dedicated Account Manager for both Univision and Tribune clients. She brings over 5 years of TV broadcasting knowledge to her position where she has been on both the sales side and the traffic side for local, regional and national networks along the East Coast. She moved to Chicago in 2017, where she spent a year at Starcom becoming an expert in digital advertising before joining our team.

Let’s get to know Liz!

What does good customer service mean to you? 
“Good customer service means first being able to actively listen. Using what you know about the industry and trends to help a client in an individualized fashion is something that we strive for at Liquidus, and I am happy to be a part of a team that cares and wants the client to succeed. I think being able to understand where a client is coming from and what they want to achieve helps us give the best advice and support we can. ”

What is one movie everyone should see and why?
Up! Yes you will cry at a carton, but it reminds me every time I watch that life is an adventure. It is nice to see the power of being genuinely nice to someone and how it can change their outlook on life- and who doesn’t love a talking dog?”

What’s the craziest/strangest thing you want to do or accomplish on your life bucket list?
“I would love to be on a late-night talk show and perform a lip-synch battle against Jimmy Fallon. I have been practicing my whole life and have the perfect song picked out. Call me up, Jimmy!  ”
