Liquidus created a customized dynamic site experience that lives on the Michaels’ website and populates with offers based on real-time customer data. Features include a special section for “Featured Deals” that aggregates highly browsed offers and optimizes this content based on expressed shopper interest. This feature enables Michaels to drive urgency around specific offers, such as available quantities of holiday products at local stores.

The dynamic site also offers digital coupons for in-store-only promotions that can be digitally clipped, printed or sent to a shopper’s phone via text. This feature helps generate not only promotional awareness, but also incentivizes customers to visit brick-and-mortar Michaels stores.
